LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY

Trianium is proud to offer a lifetime product warranty on most of its products, unless stated otherwise. We will provide coverage of our products for the extent of the products life. If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your Trianium product due to a manufacturers defect, case degradation or normal wear and tear AND a valid warranty claim is received by Trianium, we will gladly replace your Trianium product at no cost to you. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. However, Registration of First Day of Purchase is Required. Warranty claims must be made directly to Trianium. Please note that Trianium cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the Trianium case.
Exclusion and Limitations
Trianium does not cover any purchased through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
This lifetime warranty ONLY applies to the Trianium case. This warranty does not apply to damage to the Trianium case caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the Trianium product.
Obtaining Warranty Service
If you wish to make a claim under the lifetime warranty please log on to http://trianium.com/support/, complete the form and provide the following information in the ‘Message’ field:

All of the above information is required before a warranty claim will be accepted. If Trianium determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in quality of materials or workmanship, Trianium will provide an RMA number and assist you with the replacement process.
The owner of the case will be responsible for all the shipping costs for sending back the case. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees are in the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a track-able shipping method to ensure safe delivery to us. Trianium is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. If you are within 30 days of the purchase, you may be eligible for a pre-paid return shipping postage to return the faulty product.
Disclaimer: All products returned to Trianium will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Trianium’s legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Trianium.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TRIANIUM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF ANY TRIANIUM PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE TRIANIUM CASE OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE TRIANIUM PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TRIANIUM HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE TRIANIUM PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEVICES. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
